Sr Elizabeth Murray

Elizabeth is a Board Member of the Wilai Foundation. In 2022 Elizabeth completed the Walk for Wilai – 200 Km, raising funds for the Foundation.
Good Samaritan Sister Elizabeth Murray has been involved with education for many years – first with students in both primary and secondary schools, then with adults in liturgy and liturgical music formation. She holds degrees in music education, theology, and liturgy.
She also tutors individuals whose native language is other than English and assists as a volunteer whenever possible at Jesuit Refugee Service and at the St Bakhita Centre for Sudanese Catholic Refugees. Using her interest in music, Elizabeth is part of a group that entertains the residents at an Aged Care Facility on a monthly basis.
