Cerdon College Merrylands

To mark Shrove Tuesday, the Year 8 Class Captains and Mission Promoters took up the challenge of cooking and selling pancakes for the staff and students. Ably assisted by their Guidance Coordinator Miss Hanson, the students worked tirelessly to make to order pancakes covered in: Nutella, icing sugar, maple syrup or jam. A special thanks also to Mrs Manning, Mrs Stringer and Mrs Baker who rolled up their sleeves to cook, serve and clean up.

Thanks also to the entire staff of Cerdon who donated all of the required goods, such as: pancake cake mix, Nutella and spray oil.

Sunday March 11th, 2018  Cerdon Students baked dozens of cakes and sweets and generously donated them to the Cake and Plant Sale at St Patrick’s, The Rocks, Sydney.

A number of staff and students also volunteered to operate the stalls during the morning.  The girls were extra-ordinary, bringing much joy to everyone who encountered them!

A heartfelt thank you to all staff and students – a job well done!
